5 Unbroken Rounds of 7 Cycles
7 Cycles Through each Round…
1 Cycle = (Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Jerk)
– 5 burpee pentalty for each break (No rest on the ground during the set)
Choose a weight that you will be able to hold on to for all 7 Cycles, then you can chose to stay at that weight, move up or down after each set.

Row 20 Sec. ME,
Rest 10 Sec. for 8 rounds (4 mins)
Rest 3 min after first tabata, then repeat
