CrossFit Credence in Rochester MN is an all-inclusive workout facility with a focus on changing lives. We are a close network of members who support one another and are committed to pursuing a lifetime of health.

CrossFit is the CrossFit Credence signature class offering. The only machine you’ll use in CrossFit is your body. Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any dedicated individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. We combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.

We deliver fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. We all come from different walks of life & backgrounds, but are closely connected by the desire to support one another and commit to the pursuit of lifelong health.

We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and division one football players one month out from their season. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
