What is Hyrox?

HYROX is a fun and fast-paced workout that combines running with functional fitness movements like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls. It’s perfect for anyone looking to break a sweat, build endurance, and challenge themselves in a new way. Whether you're a CrossFit regular or just want a great full-body workout, our HYROX Sweat Shop classes are a welcoming space to push your limits, have fun, and leave feeling accomplished. No experience needed—just show up and sweat!

WHAT DOES A HYROX CLASS ENTAIL?

  • WARM-UP

    YOUR COACH WILL PREP YOUR BODY FOR THE HYROX WORKOUT OF THE DAY.

  • WORKOUT

    A LONGER CONDITIONING-STYLE SESSION COMBINING MONO-STRUCTURAL MACHINES (ROWERS, BIKES, SKI-ERGS, & TREADMILLS) WITH FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH STATIONS (FARMER'S CARRY, SANDBAG HOLDS, LUNGES, BURPEES, WALLBALLS, ETC).‍

    THESE WORKOUTS ARE OFTEN COMPLETED AS INTERVALS AND/ OR CIRCUITS.

  • COOL DOWN & STRETCHING

    ‍GUIDED COOL-DOWNS TO HELP WITH POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY.

  • COACHING & FEEDBACK

    YOU'LL RECEIVE CONTINUOUS GUIDANCE FROM COACHES THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUR!
