The goal is to go up in weight on at least one set from the last time we did this.

*clear box if able (scale to step overs)

Immediately followed by:

– Overhead Squats (95/65) (Scale Front OR goblet squats)
– Toes 2 Bar (scale hanging knew raise OR leg levers)
