Teams of 3 complete:
100 Calorie Row – each must do at least 15 cals
100 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
100 Thrusters, 95/65
100 TTB
100 Thrusters
100 BJO
100 Cal Row- each must do at least 15 cals

Gymnastics Skill work
1.  6 sets of Handstand walk Box – set up 4 cones to make a 10’x10′ box.  walk forward, sideways, backwards and sideways around the box.
– you can also do bear/panther crawls (4 boxes=1 set)

2.  Overhead Pistol Squats – play around with different weights and reps.
