For Time:

  • 150 combined Assault calories is the goal (200 cals on Rower)
  • One bike per team.
  • Partners alternate between
  • 10m down and back (20m total) walking lunges
  • 25 push-ups and then Assault bike until 100cal goal is met.

*Time is counted when the team finishes the given Cals on bike/rower
