Team Challenge (pairs)
For Time:
- 150 combined Assault calories is the goal (200 cals on Rower)
- One bike per team.
- Partners alternate between
- 10m down and back (20m total) walking lunges
- 25 push-ups and then Assault bike until 100cal goal is met.
*Time is counted when the team finishes the given Cals on bike/rower
