Teams of 2
E2MOM x 50 min (5 Rounds)
Rd 1 – Run 200m + 40 air squats
Rd 2 – 200m Run + 40 Pushups
Rd 3 – Run 200m + 40 Lunges Total
Rd 4 – Run 200m + 50 Shoulder taps
Rd 5 – Run 200m + 15 No Pushup Burpee
