25 min AMRAP: Teams of 2.

AMRAP KB swing; score is total combined swings.
Every time the kb stops swinging, both people on the team must perform:

30 Squats + 30 Sit ups

(i.e. Every Transition will be squats and sit ups…don’t try any crazy “swing passes”)
