100ft. Back Rack Walking Lunge (ave. of teams 50% Back Squat)
25 UB Wallball Shots each (75 total)
100ft. Handstand Walk (each partner) OR (100ft. Partner wheelbarrows, each partner)
25 UB Wallball Shots each (75 total)
100ft. Back Rack Walking Lunge
*use partners to help clean and jerk weight overhead to back rack for waling lunges. (it should be heavy!)
