Super Friends, Super Day, Super fun!

On Saturday CFC had the pleasure of hosting our 2nd Annual Superfriends Throwdown. This in house competition was such a hit the first time around it was brought back by popular demand and it did not disappoint!

Competitors, dressed as their favorite super heroes, took on multitude of challenging movements spread out over 3 WODS. Some of their tasks included Indian Style WallBall Shots, Med Ball Sit Ups, and Box Jumps as well as CrossFit favorites like Deadlift, Clean, and Back Squat. There was a spirit of friendly competition in the air as our members went head to head and fought it out down to the last rep.

LatitudegearRX was on site with merchandise for sale along with our generous prize donors, including Bare Naked Soap Company and Scheels.  Divisions competing for a place on the podium included a Men and Women’s novice and intermediate, though we argue the best prize was getting to see everyone’s creative costumes.
