18 Minute EMOM: (9 Sets)

1. Max shuttle run in 30 sec
(set up cones 10 meters apart and use 30sec of every minute to shuttle run, touching the ground on every turn around)

2. 10 burpee box jump overs (24/20)  *Max of 40sec work (Scale to regular burpees)
