1. 5 Deadlifts around 60% *goal is solid reps for ALL sets NOT max weight
2. 10 bench presses (185/115) *scale a weight to be
unbroken each set *You MUST complete 10 reps
3. 15 wallballs (goal is 30sec)
4. 10 box jumps (30/24) *no rebounding, MUST step down
