36 Minute EMOM:
1. 5 Deadlifts around 65% *goal is solid reps AND increase weight form last week
2. 10 bench presses (45-55%) *scale a weight to be
unbroken each set *You MUST complete 10 reps (increase from last week if possible
3. 15 wallballs (goal is 30sec) – Week 2, goal is faster avg. than last week, 28 sec or faster
4. 10 box jumps (30/24) *no rebounding, MUST step down (explosive reps)
