40 Minute EMOM:
1. 5 Deadlifts around 70% *goal is solid reps AND increase weight form last week
2. 10 bench presses (185/115) *scale a weight to be
unbroken each set *You MUST complete 10 reps (increase from last week if possible
3. 20 wallballs (goal is <40sec) – Week 3, goal is more reps(20) than last week, OR 15 reps @ 29 sec or faster
4. 10 box jumps (30/24) *no rebounding, MUST step down
