Pull Ups (Volume and skill)
1. Pulling Volume
4 sets (strict)
2 set pull up + 2 set ring rows (If you have more than 10 strict PU)
4 sets of max strict ring rows
*Rest 2 min between sets
2. Pull Up Skill work
every 30 sec for 5 min
5 holllow to arch holds on the bar


15 min AMRAP
10 Clapping Push Ups,
20 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps,
30 Sit Ups
15 min AMRAP
10 Push Ups
20 Walking Lunge Steps
