4 at 70% of 1RM

4 at 75%

3 at 80%

3 at 85%

Shoulder Press

5 x 2 Strict Shoulder Press starting at 75% of 1RM, rest as needed betw sets

Metcon (No Measure)

8min high tempo on air dyne or rower followed by 4min cool down

10 min stretching any area needing attention
